The Tampines Changkat Constituency Sports Club (CSC) joined the family of People's Association Grassroots Organisations on 1 October 2002.

The objectives of the club are:

• Foster community bonding through the promotion of sports to the residents of the constituency;

• Keep the residents of the constituency informed of Government action and policy on all matters pertaining to sports and to provide feedbacks to the People's Association on the sporting needs of the residents living in the constituency;
  

• Plan and organise sports activities and intra-district games for the residents of the constituency and;

• Encourage active participation in all sports activities and inter-constituency games.

The club participates actively in the annual inter-constituency games and organises intra-constituency games. The club is active in the following sports:

Soccer, basketball, table tennis, swimming, badminton, netball, sepak takraw, bowling and cycling.

Presently, the Tampines Changkat Constituency Sports Club is run by a committee made up of 13 volunteers from all walks of life.
